Where can I track the status of my order?
You can view the status of your order by entering our "Order Tracking" page and entering your "order number" and "email address you provided during payment" in the relevant sections, and clicking the "follow" button. Your order number is included in the order confirmation e-mail sent to you.
In how many days will my order arrive?
Estimated delivery time will vary between 1-2 business days depending on your address. (Sunday and public holidays excluded.)
How should I wash the product I bought?
You should wash the T-shirts by hand or in the machine at maximum 30 degrees at 800 cycles inside out.
My order came wrong/defective, what should I do?
If your order is incorrect or defective, you can contact us via e-mail within 60 (sixty) days. Necessary actions will be initiated after your order is checked by us. Circumstances that may be deemed defective; Products that do not comply with what is reported on the label and package, and have faults (torn, defective) on the fabric are the causes of defects.
Can I add a gift note to my order?
If you specify that your order is a gift in the additional information section at the payment stage and add the note you want, a note will be added to your package and your invoice will not be placed in the package.
